If you are a new employee, please contact Wayne Rice at rice@dcopy.net or call 414-291-4050 to set up a new account with DigiCopy. You will need your Beloit College department account number - these will be available from your supervisor or building co-ordinator. Once the account has been setup you will receive an email explaining how to login to their storefront to begin placing an order.

The account set up for you by DigiCopy is separate from your Beloit College Google login. When you first login please change your password.

Watch a brief video to acquaint yourself to using the online print shop. 

1. Log in to DigiCopy and set up your order.
2. When you have completed filling out your order and you proceed to checkout, type in or use dropdown menu, the Beloit College office/department account code you are allowed to use for billing purposes.
3. General turnaround time is 2 working days. Some larger quantity or more detailed projects may take longer. Be sure to plan your project’s timeline accordingly.
4. Orders will be delivered at no extra charge to the Beloit College Mail Center in Pearsons Hall, lower level. An automated email notification from the Beloit College Mail Center will be generated when your order arrives so you know when to pick it up. The subject line usually states “PACKAGE RECEIPT NOTIFICATION.”

Faculty and staff: Log in in using your Beloit email address and the default password “retail.” You can also create a new account by clicking “Create an account,” to the bottom left of the login field.

Go to “Create an account” to the bottom left of the login field to create an account and login to the system.

Oversized research posters can be printed at DigiCopy. All other printing needs — cards, brochures, booklets — can also be printed using the site, among many other things.
